Launching AVCEL by AVM: Bridging Business Intent and AI-Assisted Software Delivery

Launching a product is exciting. Launching it in a room full of the people you’re building it for is something else.

That was one of the most meaningful parts of CIO100 for me this year.

We officially launched AVCEL by AVM – a product we’ve spent months thinking about, building, and refining.

My work has always sat at the intersection of enterprise strategy, data, AI, and engineering, and over time, I’ve seen the same challenge come up again and again:
Companies have no shortage of ideas for using AI.

The harder part is turning those ideas into something that can actually be built, governed, and trusted.

That’s where AVCEL comes in.

We’re building it to help bridge the gap between business intent and AI-assisted software delivery — while keeping the process governed and traceable.

Getting to share that vision at CIO100, surrounded by some of the technology leaders shaping where our industry is headed, made the launch even more special.

I’m incredibly proud to have built this alongside Alexey Moseyev and John Collins, and even more excited about where we’re taking it next.
